Acne blemish and redness face mask

Acne blemish and redness face mask

It is not uncommon to struggle with acne, past your teen years, well into your 30s. Example- see my face. I tend to break out mostly on my cheeks and jawline.

When i get a pimple, i do several things. First, I evaluate my diet for the past week or weeks. Have I been eating too many sweets or too much salt? Am I drinking enough water? Am I pooping regularly?

If i need to make adjustments, I do and in the meantime, I make sure to use my Apple Cider Vinegar facial toner every night after cleansing my face, and i will make my HONEY-TUMERIC-NUTMEG Acne mask.

The Honey-Tumeric-Nutmeg mask has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce redness and swelling. It does not make the pimple disappear overnight. But if used several nights in a row, after a few days, the acne bump with be significantly smaller. Prior to using, please skin test for allergies

MASK RECIPE:

1 Tablespoon of Organic Honey

1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

A dash of Tumeric (You decide how big a dash is but Please note, Tumeric stains fabric yellow)

A teaspoon of Cinnamon

Once you have cleansed your face (Use an actual facial cleanser, not something like Dove soap). Apply mixture to acne and redness areas. Leave on for 20-30mins.

Wipe of with a warm rag, follow with a cool rag. Wipe face with apple-cider vinegar toner.

Most important- MOISTURIZE. Mix a drop of vitamin E oil in your moisturizer to assist with decreasing redness, and add Rosehip oil if you have it.

Repeat nightly until you achieve desired results.

That's It!

Take care of yourself,

Cheryl
