Fall Immunity Tonic

Hey hey! Fall is upon us. Changing of the colors of the leaves and the seasons means cooler weather. Cooler weather can bring sinus issues, runny noses & colds, the flu and more! It is also Cranberry season!! 

Now is a great time to be boosting your immune system!

Make this fall tonic for all it's wonderful antioxident and immune boosting properties

Ingrediants:

2 bags of Fresh cranberries

Lemon- whole

Lime- 2 whole

Orange-whole

Ginger - to taste

Red raspberry leaf (if wanted)

peppermint leaf

basil

Mugwort

Chamomile

lavender flowers

calendula

nettle leaf

tumeric

honey

blueberries - frozen or fresh

Add all to big pot of boiling water. Boil, then simmer on low for 2 hours. Add water as needed. 

Drink daily
